Judging by the grim determination on the faces of the packs of high-visibility jacketed joggers around Primrose Hill, there are a lot of fitness and health based new year’s resolutions being clung on to at the moment. A good idea, and why not? Everyone wants to be thin right?
Sadly these people will all undoubtedly fail unless they have told loads of people through the medium of JustGiving about their quest, adding an element of peer-review. A friend of Club Sandwich London recently found the courage to complete a half marathon, having broken her leg half way through, purely from fear of failing JustGiving. I suppose that weeks of walking with crutches and working from home seem like a summer holiday compared to the social media shame that would (not) have been kicked up should she have stopped.
So if you don’t want to be fat anymore, but don’t want to risk breaking your legs on facebook, perhaps making some small changes to your sandwiches is a better resolution. For example, this tasty looking ciabatta has been created with Hellman’s Light!

i like you writings. give me little story about london and delicious healthy food.
